摘要
高等院校的法学本科教育主要是传授学生法学基础理论和训练其法律职业能力,这与公安院校'高素质应用型警务专业人才'的人才培养定位具有高度的一致性。为了实现公安院校的法学教育与公安实务的无缝对接,刑事诉讼法学教学应当构建科学合理的教学内容,探索多元化实战教学手段,创建新型师资队伍培养模式,为应用型警务专业人才的培养提供智力支撑。
The undergraduate education of law in higher education institutions is mainly to teach students basic theories of law and to train their abilities required by legal professions,which is in accord with the orientation to cultivate'high-quality practical police professionals'in police colleges and universities.In order to realize the'seamless connection'between law education and public security practice,the teaching of criminal procedure law in police colleges and universities should design scientific and reasonable teaching contents,explore diversified practical teaching methods,and create a new mode for training teachers,therefore providing intellectual support for the cultivation of practical police professionals.
