摘要
大港油田已开发50余年,面对开发建设日益复杂困难的条件,大港油田提出了规模开展油气开发建设的创新理念,构建了征地少、潜力足、技术高、成本低的开发新模式。主要包括:1)创新油藏渗流重构方法研究,主要解决油藏潜力认识难的问题;2)采用平台化布井钻井,缓解征地难的问题;3)创建难开采储量合作建产管理模式,解决产量接替问题;4)重点试验三次采油提高采收率的新技术、新方法,增加可采储量,突破可持续发展的技术瓶颈;5)通过信息化与工业化融合建立数字油藏、数字地面,提高效率,解决劳动力优化配置问题。
After more than 50 years’ development, Dagang oilfield already entered extra-high water cut stage. Faced with a dispersing surplus of crude oil, it has put forward the innovative idea of carrying out large-scale oil and gas development, and has constructed a new development mode with clear understanding, less land requisition, sufficient potential, high technology and low cost. The research mainly includes: 1) innovating reservoir seepage reconstruction method, mainly solving the problem of difficult understanding of reservoir potential;2) adopting platform-based well placement and drilling to alleviate the difficulty of land acquisition;3) establishing the cooperative production management mode of difficult production reserve and solving the problem of production succeeding;4) focusing on testing new technologies and new methods to improve the recovery rate of tertiary oil recovery, and getting breakthrough on technical problems of sustainable development by increasing the recoverable reserves of old oil fields;5) establishing digital reservoirs and digital ground through the integration of informatization and industrialization, improving efficiency and solving the problem of optimal allocation of labor force.
