摘要
介绍了韩国特种稻米 (功能米 )育种研究、利用现状及近几年育成的主要特种稻新品种 (系 )和目前韩国市场上销售的特种米产品、特点与用途 。
The breeding study and utilization of special rice (functional rice) in Korea is presented. The main special rice varieties (lines) developed recently and the production, properties, usage of the commercial special rice are also described. Furthermore, the goal and perspective of the study on special rice are put forward.
