摘要
文章主要研究沥青稳定碎石柔性基层矿料界面拉伸、剪切效应。基于有限元分析理论,模拟建立尺寸约为24cm×4cm×4cm的小梁试件,在受两端简支约束的条件下,于梁纵向中间位置承受沿纵向宽度约为1cm的均布荷载。通过计算确定不同油膜厚度、不同温度以及不同荷载对矿料界面所受拉应力与剪应力的影响效应。研究表明,外荷载的变化会导致界面上出现拉压转换的力学特性,温度会显著改变矿料界面力学分布规律,油膜厚度对矿料界面力学特性影响显著。
The tensile and shearing effects of asphalt stabilized macadam flexible base minerals are studied,in this paper based on the finite element analysis theory,the establishment of trabecular specimens is simulated with a size of about 24cm×4cm×4cm,under the condition of restraint at the ends,a uniform load of about 1cm in the longitudinal direction is received at the longitudinal intermediate position of the beam.The effects of different oil film thickness,different temperature and different loads on tensile stress and shear stress of thin asphalt between mineral materials are studied by finite element simulation.The results show that the change of external load will lead to the mechanical characteristics of the tensile transformation on the interface,the temperature will significantly change the mechanical 4 434.0distribution law of the mineral interface,and the thickness of oil film has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of the mineral interface.
