摘要 以某型号1 t载重的环链电动葫芦为研究对象,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立环链电动葫芦的三维实体模型,包括车轮、车架、电控箱、轨道等。将该装配模型导入机械动力学系统仿真软件ADAMS中,建立环链电动葫芦的虚拟样机模型,进行静力学和动力学仿真,分析结果表明,该电动葫芦的重要零部件和动力学性能满足设计要求,为环链电动葫芦的优化设计提供理论依据。 Taking a certain type of 1 t chain hoist electric hoist as the research object,using 3 D modeling software SolidWorks to set the three dimensional solid model of chain hoist,including wheels,frames,electrical control boxes,tracks.The assembly model is introduced into the mechanical dynamics system simulation software ADAMS,set the virtual prototype model for electric chain hoist,and static and dynamic simulations were carried out.The results showed that the important parts and dynamic properties of the electric hoist meet the design requirements,and the simulation results were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the optimal design of electric hoist.
