摘要
为研究叶片包角对双吸泵内部流场及水力性能的影响规律,分别设计100°、110°、120°、130°、140°等五种不同叶片包角的双吸泵,通过数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,得到大小不同叶片包角的速度云图和压力云图,分析不同叶片包角对双吸泵扬程和效率曲线的影响规律。研究表明:合理增大叶片包角可以提高泵的扬程和效率,改善内流场的压力分布和速度分布,双吸离心泵最优叶片包角为120°。
In order to study the influence rule of blade wrapping angle to the flow field and hydraulic performance of double suction pump,5 kinds of wrapping angles of blade with 100°、110°、120°、130°、140°were designed in this paper,then the velocity contour and stress nephogram of double suction pump with 5 wrapping angles of blade were obtained,at the same time,the head and efficiency of double suction pump with 5 wrapping angles of blade were analyzed by the method of numerical simulation and experiment.The researches show that reasonable increase of wrapping angle of blade can increase the pump head and efficiency,which also can improve the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of flow field,the best wrapping angle of blade of double suction pump in this paper is 120°.
