摘要
本文认为,电子商务与传统企业的整合的目标是使电子商务和传统企业在整合过程中实现双赢,主要表现在电子商务的价值链增值上,其实质上是电子商务解决方案供求关系的整合,可采取产品经营和资本经营两种整合方式。文章指出,对电子商务的理解不够,对电子商务的态度存在偏差以及对电子商务的运作盲目担忧是电子商务与传统企业整合中遇到的主要障碍。
This article maintains that the aim of integration of e-commerce and traditional enterprises is for e-commerce and traditional enterprises to gain double win in the process of integration,which is mainly reflected in the value adding function of e-commerce.The essence of the integration is the integration of e-commerce solution and the relation between supply and demand.The methods of product operation and capital operation can be adopted.The article points out that the main obstacle to the integration of e -commerce and traditional enterprises is wrong attitude and unduly worries over e-commerce.
