摘要
目的了解中医辨证为湿瘀互结证慢性肾小球肾炎患者应用当归芍药散治疗的临床效果。方法分析对象来自2016年—2018年收治慢性肾小球肾炎且中医辨证为湿瘀互结证患者,在该群体中随机抽取80例并按每组40例分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者用西医对症干预手段,观察组联合中药当归芍药散。比较2种治疗方案下慢性肾小球肾炎患者病情控制情况。结果在病情控制有效率方面,对照组为75. 0%,观察组为92. 5%,组间数据有差异且具统计学意义(P <0. 05);相对于治疗前,患者血尿生化指标均有改善,治疗后观察组血尿生化指标所得数据优于对照组且有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于湿瘀互结证的慢性肾小球肾炎患者除了西医常规对症干预外,配合中药方剂当归芍药散治疗,从长远角度而言对于治疗的保障有更重要价值,值得推广。
Objective To understand the clinical effect of Danggui Shaoyao powder in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with syndrome of stagnation of dampness and blood stasis.Methods Subjects of chronic glomerulonephritis with syndrome of stagnation of dampness and blood stasis from the hospital were selected.80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine symptomatic intervention,and the observation group combined with Chinese medicine Danggui Shaoyao powder.The condition control of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis under two treatment plans was compared.Results In terms of disease control efficiency,the control group was 75.0%and the observation group was 92.5%.The data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the biochemical indicators of hematuria were improved.After treatment,the data obtained from biochemical markers of hematuria in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with syndrome of stagnation of dampness and blood stasis,besides the conventional symptomatic intervention in western medicine,Treatment with Danggui Shaoyao Powder,it is of more important value for the protection of treatment in the long-term and worthy of promotion.
