摘要
目的观察分析金天格胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取2016年6月—2018年6月收治的原发性骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折患者60例作为观察对象,按入院顺序进行分组,将其中30例患者定为观察组,另外30例患者定为对照组,2组患者均给予手术治疗,同时给予对照组患者阿仑磷酸钠片和碳酸钙配合治疗,给予观察组患者金天格胶囊配合治疗,对2组患者临床治疗效果、用药不良反应发生率、治疗前后患者疼痛评分及骨密度变化进行对比。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,经计算2组数据存在统计学意义(P <0. 05);同时观察组患者用药不良反应发生率与对照组相比较少,经统计学计算2组数据差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05);而且观察组患者治疗后的疼痛程度及骨密度与对照组相比明显改善,2组数据结果经统计学计算存在较高统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论针对原发性骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折患者手术治疗期间配合金天格胶囊治疗,其用药安全性较高,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,改善患者骨密度,提高临床治疗效果,建议临床推广和应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Jintiange capsule in treating primary osteoporosis with vertebral compression fracture. Methods 60 patients with primary osteoporosis complicated with vertebral compression fracture were randomly selected from June 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. Among them,30 patients were in observation group and 30 patients were in control group. Alendronate sodium tablets and calcium carbonate were given to the patients in the control group,and Jintiangge capsule was given to the patients in the observation group. The therapeutic effect,the incidence of adverse drug reactions,the pain scores and the changes of bone mineral density were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups( P < 0. 05). At the same time,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the data of the two groups were comparable by statistical calculation( P < 0. 05). In addition,the pain degree and bone mineral density of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The results of the two groups were compared with those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jintiangge capsule is a safe drug for primary osteoporosis patients with vertebral compression fracture. It can effectively relieve pain,improve bone mineral density and improve clinical therapeutic effect. It is suggested that Jintiangge capsule be widely used in clinic.
