摘要 在地质条件特别恶劣的某些山区(如石漠化地区),当不能找到适宜的管沟换填土的情况下,需要开发一种抗冲击性能强且便于施工的材料,包裹在管道外层,以代替细土回填。该材料能抵抗碎石块坠落对管线及防腐层的冲击,从而保护管道和PE防腐层。新材料各原料性质直接影响新材料的保护性能,因此对这种山区石油管道新型保护材料的一些配方原料对其抗冲击性能影响展开研究十分必要。在对各原料调研基础上,采用单因素试验方法,确定各原料在试验中的用量范围,并按该方案逐个制造新型复合材料试验模型,再对新材料模型做冲击试验。根据试验结果,分析各原料对新材料冲击性能的影响,以期获得抗冲击性能优良的新型复合保护材料。 When the geological conditions are particularly bad in some mountain areas( such as rocky desertification area) and can not find a suitable filling the trench to hange, it is necessary to develop a strong impact resistance and ease of construction materials,wrapped in an outer pipe to replace fine soil backfill. We use single-factor test method to determine the amount of material in the test range, for each raw material on the basis of research. We individually manufacture of new materials in accordance with the model test program and impact test. Analysis of excellent impact resistance can be obtained new composite protective material according to the test results.
