摘要
目的研究正常人及帕金森病(Parkinson`sdiseasePD)患者手术前后嗓音的声学特征,探讨语音频谱分析系统在帕金森病的诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法采用USSA语音频谱分析系统对30例正常成人及54例喉病患者发持续元音犤a:犦时的声音信号进行检测,分析帕金森病的基频、共振峰、频率微扰、振幅微扰和谐噪比,同时观察语图谐波、共振峰及噪声成分特征及变化规律。结果帕金森病F0,F1,F2,F3值与对照组及术后比较,频率均值差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。PD组手术前APQ值、FPQ值增高,H/N值下降,与正常组及术后对比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。PD患者语图表现谐波及共振峰不规则,噪声成分增加。结论计算机语音频谱分析系统可作为检测PD的有效客观指标。
Objectives To investigate the value of the universal signal spectrum analysis system in the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.Methods Spectrogram and sonogram were analyzed with the system in patients of 54 Parkinson's diseases and 30 normal adults. Results The fundamental frequency(F0),first,second and third formant(F1,F2,F3), Frequency perturbation quotient (FPQ), amplitude perturbation quotient (APQ)and Harmonics to noise ratio(H/N) were found significantly different from the normal control group and postoperative group. The sonogram showed decrease or loss of harmonic waves and formants and increase of noise in middle and high frequencies.Conclusion Both acoustic parameters and sonogram could provide objective grounds for clinical voice evaluation.
