老年肥胖2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解老年人肥胖的2型糖尿病患者的微量白蛋白尿(MAU)与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法对65例老年肥胖的2型糖尿病患者的尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)与血糖、胰岛素、血脂及胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)等的关系进行相关分析。结果MAU组ISI显著低于未合并MAU组,而且ISI与UAER呈独立相关。结论在老年肥胖的2型糖尿病患者中,胰岛素抵抗是的独立危险因素。
