毫米波辐射对大鼠下丘脑及海马化合物含量的影响 被引量:15

Effects of millimeter wave radiation on chemical substance content in rat hypothalamus and hippocampus

摘要 目的 观察低功率毫米波局部辐射对大鼠下丘脑及海马组织中化合物含量的影响 ,探讨其远位效应机制。方法 分别应用波长 5 .6mm、7.1mm的毫米波 ,功率流密度 1 0mW/cm2 辐射大鼠背部皮肤 ,每天 1h ,连续 7d,采用1 H磁共振波谱技术测定下丘脑及海马组织中Glu、GABA、NAA、Cho、Cr等含量。结果 毫米波辐射后两组海马组织Glu/Cr比值降低 ,5 .6mm组GABA/Cr比值增高。结论 毫米波辐射可影响海马组织中神经递质含量 。 Objective To explore the mechanism of millimeter wave induced long distance biological effects. Methods Separately to use different wave length (5.6 mm, 7.1 mm) millimeter wave with the power intensity of 10 mW/cm 2 to radiate on the back skin of rats for 1h per day for 7 days,and then to test the Glu, GABA, NAA, Cho and Cr contents in hypothalamus and hippocampus by using the technique of 1H MRS. Results For rats exposed to both lengths of millimeter wave, the Glu/Cr was significantly decreased in the hippocampus. In 5.6 mm group, GABA/Cr in hippocampus was increased .There is no changes of the tested chemical substances in hypothalamus. Conclusion The results suggested that given millimeter waves can induce neurotransmitter changes in the hippocampus, and this may in turn cause long distance biological effects.
