摘要
目的 探讨近红外线乳腺扫描仪在鉴别儿科乳腺疾病中的应用。方法 对 313例乳房发育异常或乳房肿块患儿进行近红外线乳腺扫描 ,参考成人的指标 ,并设正常青春期女孩 2 0例作对照组。结果 313例中 ,发现 78例乳腺增生 ,4例乳房肿瘤。结论 近红外线扫描仪操作简便、敏感度高 。
Objective: To evaluate the application of near infrared light scanning in distinguishing the breast diseases in pediatrics. Methods: 313 children with abnormal breast developing or breast lump were determined by using the method of near infrared light scanning. Results:In 313 children there were 78 children with hyperplasia of the breast image, and 4 children with breast tumor. Conclusion: Near infrared light scanning operats easily and has higher sensitivity.It would be a useful method to distinguish child's breast diseases in pediatrics clinic.
