摘要
作者分析了我国现行水资源质量评价方法中存在的问题,介绍了国外该项工作的思路和作法。在此基础上,建立了一套基于水质项目环境影响的分区、分类、分级的多指标综合指数评价体系,克服了国内传统评价方法的假达标、一票否决,不能描述级内优劣等弊病。对全国160个重点站进行的计算结果表明,该方法基本实现了与国际接轨,更为科学合理。
A water quality assessment system with multiple indices and degree classifications is proposed. The system is based on the classifications of region, type and degree of the water quality items affecting the environment. The method was used to assess more than 160 important water quality observation stations. The result shows that it can reasonably describe the quality change of natural water and pollution status.
