该二氧化氯溶液由亚氯酸钠与稀盐酸在反应器中反应生成。为了解其对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,以含二氧化氯25.0mg/L的溶液作用20min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭率为99.92%;以其100.0mg/L溶液作用10min,杀灭率达100%。结果说明,本二氧化氯溶液对细菌芽孢有较好的杀灭作用。
The chlorine dioxide solution is produced by reaction between sodium chlorite and dilute hydrochloric acid in a reactor. In order to know its sporicidal efficacy, quantitative suspension germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that the average killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to a solution containing chlorine dioxide 25.0 mg/ L for 20 min was 99.92% and that of the spores exposed to solution containing chlorine dioxide 100.0 mg/ L for 10 min attained 100%. The results indicate that this chlorine dioxide solution has good efficacy in killing bacterial spores.
