ABT1生根粉对2种风箱果扦插生根的影响

摘要 分别以金叶风箱果与紫叶风箱果为试验材料,研究不同浓度(50 mg/L、100 mg/L、200 mg/L)ABT1在不同处理时间(60 min、120 min)对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:在相同环境条件下,金叶风箱果生根能力强于紫叶风箱果,生根粉可以促进插穗节间生根,提高生根质量;紫叶风箱果和金叶风箱果经ABT1处理后生根率最高分别达95%和96%,同时不定根数目及平均根长等指标均比较理想,且不同程度促进了2种风箱果的根系活力。 In order to promote breeding and promotion of Physocarpus opulifolius species, Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Lutein' and Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Summer Wine' was used to research the effects of plant growth regulators(ABT1) under three different concentrations(50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L) and processing times(60 min, 120 min) on cuttings rooting. The results showed that Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Lutein' more likely rooting than Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Summer Wine' under the same environmental conditions, with the effect of ABT1 the rooting rate of Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Lutein' and Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Summer Wine' up to 95% and 96%. The root number and root length were ideal, improved the root activity in different degree.
