摘要 热连轧轧机工作辊轴承润滑一般选用抗高温、抗高极压性、抗大水量冲刷及抗冲击负荷的高性能润滑脂,润滑方式多以手动油脂润滑为主。所以,轴承的润滑管理一方面直接影响着轴承的运行状态及寿命,另一方面也决定了运行成本的高低。通过对轧机工作辊轴承润滑情况进行试验跟踪,确定了各轧机、各轴承座的润滑油量,优化了轧辊轴承下线后的润滑制度,既保证了轧辊轴承的正常使用,又大幅度减少了轧辊轴承润滑油消耗量,有效控制了轴承运行成本。 High-performance lubricating grease with resistance to high temperature,extreme pressure,water flushing and impact load is chosen for the roll bearing of the hot roller,and the manual grease lubrication method is given priority. Bearing lubrication management,therefore,on the one hand,imposes a direct impact on the running status and life of bearings,and also determines the operation cost on the other hand. Through the test track of the work roll bearing lubrication condition of the rolling mill,the lubricating grease volume for the mill and each bearing seat are defined,the off-line rolling bearing lubrication system is optimized,not only ensuring the normal use of rolling bearing,and greatly reducing the roll bearing lubricating oil consumption,effective controlling the bearing running cost.
