摘要
研制了一种掺水滑石生态混凝土(HEC),并通过试验研究了水滑石掺量、骨料粒径对HEC物理力学性能、净水效果的影响。结果表明:增大骨料粒径可有效提高HEC孔隙率,但会降低抗压强度,而水滑石掺量对其物理力学性能的影响并不明显。在净水试验方面,增大骨料粒径可提高TN、TP的去除率,而水滑石的增加只能提高TP的去除率。当骨料粒径为16. 5~31. 5 mm,水滑石掺量取5 kg/m^3时,孔隙率为28. 51%,抗压强度为5. 6 MPa,TN去除率为46. 8%,TP去除率则可达到最大值78. 1%,此时HEC的净水效果相对最优,其物理力学性能也基本满足应用要求。
A kind of hydrotalcite doped eco-concrete(HEC)was developed.The effect of hydrotalcite content and aggregate particle size on the physical and mechanical properties of HEC and the effect of water purification were studied by experiments.The results show that increasing the aggregate size can effectively increase the porosity of HEC,but it will reduce the compressive strength,while the hydrotalcite content has no obvious effect on its physical and mechanical properties.In the water purification test,increasing the particle size of the aggregate can increase the removal rate of TN and TP,while the increase of hydrotalcite can only increase the removal rate of TP.When the aggregate particle size is 16.5-31.5 mm and hydrotalcite dosage is 5 kg/m^3,the porosity is 28.51%,the compressive strength is 5.6 MPa,the TN removal rate is 46.8%,and the TP removal rate can reach a maximum of 78.1%,at this time,the water purification effect of HEC is relatively optimal,and its physical and mechanical properties basically meet the application requirements.
