摘要
目的观察综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对49例腰椎间盘突出症患者予综合康复治疗,1次/d,10次为1个疗程。结果痊愈15例,占30.61%;显效21例,占42.86%;有效13例,占26.53%;总有效率为100.00%。结论综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation( LDH). Methods 49 cases of LDH were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy once daily,10 times for one course. Results 15 cases were cured( 30. 61%),21 cases were markedly effective( 42.86%) and 13 cases were effective( 26.53%) with the total effective rate of 100.00%. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has significant healing efficacy in treating LDH.It is worth promoting.
