摘要
目的观察益气养阴疏肝方治疗无症状性功能性室性早搏的临床疗效。方法将60例无症状性功能性室性早搏患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予酒石酸美托洛尔片口服,治疗组予益气养阴疏肝方治疗。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。结果对照组总有效率为63.33%,治疗组为86.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益气养阴疏肝方治疗无症状性功能性室性早搏能明显减少室性早搏次数,临床疗效确切,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Shugan Fang(益气养阴疏肝方)in the treatment of asymptomatic functional ventricular premature beats.Methods Sixty cases of asymptomatic functional ventricular premature beats were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given oral metoprolol tartrate tablets,while the treatment group was treated by Yiqi Yangyin Shugan Fang.Ten days constituted a course of treatment for the 2 groups,and the clinical efficacy were judged after 2 courses.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,that of the treatment group was 86.67%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It can markedly reduce the number of ventricular premature beats to use Yiqi Yangyin Shugan Fang in the treatment of asymptomatic functional ventricular premature beats,with definite clinical effects and no significant adverse reactions,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
