摘要
本文扼要叙述了我国和我省不动产登记的推进进程及面临的问题,提出了我省不动产登记应当坚持的四项原则,分析了我省县级不动产登记试点需要把握的职责整合、机构整合、登记模式统一、信息化建设和相关关系处理等五项工作要点。
This article briefly describes the promoting process and problems of real estate registration of our country and the province, to put forword our province real estate registration should stick to four principles, ananlyzes the five key points of the Country-level real estate registration pilot work need to grasp that responsibility integration, organization integration,unified registration mode, the information construction and the correlation processing.
