应用于LED显示屏的CdSe荧光量子点的量子产率研究

摘要 使用岛津荧光分光光度计RF-6000和紫外-可见分光光度计UV-2600测试CdSe荧光量子点的量子产率。采用罗丹明6G为荧光标准物质,先分别测试一系列荧光标准物质在荧光激发波长处的吸光度和一定荧光发射波长范围内的积分面积,然后分别以吸收率、荧光发射峰积分强度为横、纵坐标绘制标准曲线。同法测试CdSe量子点样品代入相应公式即可获得荧光量子产率。结果表明,绘制的罗丹明6G标准曲线线性良好,制备的CdSe量子点量子产率高,能满足制造QLED显示屏的要求。 The fluorescent quantum yields(ΦF)of CdSe quantum dot were probed by RF-6000 and UV-2600(Shimadzu).Here,Rhodamine 6G was used for the standard substance.In details,solutions of the standard and test samples were measured under the same excitation wavelength to obtain the fluorescent emitted spectra and UV-Vis absorbance respectively.Next,Plotted a graph of integrated fluorescence intensity vs absorptivity and calculated theΦFof quantum dot samples by the calculating equation.The results showed that,the linear correlation coefficient of the curve was perfect and theΦF of the CdSe samples was high,indicating that the CdSe quantum dot was suitable for QLED application.
