摘要
基于过渡金属良好的生物相容性和拉曼散射增强能力,在镍纳米材料上成功获得了细胞色素c(Cyt c)的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱,并发现了镍对Cyt c的电子供体特性,为过渡金属界面上研究Cyt c与其配体的相互作用提供了新的研究方法。此外,我们利用SERS还发现了Cyt c氧化还原态依赖的心磷脂膜渗透性的变化规律,提出了Cyt c氧化还原态调控Cyt c释放的机制,并建立了定量检测凋亡细胞释放Cyt c的SERS方法。
On the basis of good biocompatibility and Raman signal enhancement ability of transition metals,we observed surfaceenhanced Raman scattering(SERS)of Cyt c on nickel nanostructures.Moreover,we found the electron donor property of the nickel for Cyt c,which provided a new approach for investigation of Cyt c-ligand interactions at metal/liquid interfaces.Furthermore,we found the permeability of the cardiolipin membranes is Cyt c redox state-dependent,and accordingly we proposed the regulation mechanism of the Cyt c redox state for Cyt c release.Additionally,we established a SERS-based method for quantification of the released Cyt c in apoptotic cells.
