支持桥接和过流保护可监测音频功放的设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足不同功率标称扬声器的测试需求和实现对测试通道是否过流的实时监测,设计了一款支持桥接和过流保护的多通道可监测音频功放。方案采用了专业的音频功率放大芯片LM4780,通过桥接和非桥接模式对音频测试信号进行处理来驱动扬声器工作。采用stm32f10作为监测系统的主控芯片,通过采样电路实现对各个测试通道输入输出电压、输出电流等参量的采集,并由受控继电器来实现对过流故障通道的切断。监测终端与下位机通过USB进行通信,并将实时采集的测试参量在UI界面进行显示。经过实际运行测试证明:仪器工作电压稳定、支持桥接和过流保护、监测精度高和实时性强。 In order to meet the testing requirements of different power nominal loudspeakers and to realize real-time monitoring of whether the test channel is over flow, a multi channel monitoring power amplifier that supports bridge and overcurrent protection is designed. The scheme adopts professional audio power amplifier LM4780, which processes audio test signals through bridging and non-bridging modes to drive the speakers to work. Stm32 f10 is used as the main control chip of the monitoring system. Through sampling circuit, the input and output voltage and output current of each test channel are collected, and the over current fault channel is cut off by controlled relay. The communication between the monitoring terminal and the slave computer is realized through USB, and the real-time test parameters can be displayed on the UI interface. The actual operation test proves that: The instrument has stable working voltage, supports bridging and overcurrent protection, high monitoring accuracy and strong real-time performance.
