摘要
β受体阻断剂(β-RB)是临床心血管疾病常用治疗药物。近期β-RB对肿瘤细胞的作用引起关注,其抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤新生血管形成及减弱肿瘤浸润和转移的作用,以及β-RB对于肿瘤患者预后改善的作用陆续有报道,但对肿瘤的预防作用尚存争议。本文综述β-RB对于肿瘤治疗和预防的作用机制研究进展。
β-receptor blocker(β-RB) is commonly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Recently the laboratory animal models suggest that the β-RB can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, promote the apoptosis of tumor cells, inhibit the formation of tumor angiogenesis and weaken the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. At present, the clinical studies show that the β-RB can effectively improve the prognosis of tumor patients, but its prevention from tumor is still controversial. This article reviews the mechanism and clinical research progress of β-RB on tumor.
