平潭海峡公铁两用大桥元洪航道桥桥塔墩顶钢梁施工技术 被引量:24

Construction Techniques for Pier-Top Steel Girders of Yuanhong Ship Channel Bridge of Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge

摘要 平潭海峡公铁两用大桥元洪航道桥为主跨532m的双塔钢桁混合梁斜拉桥,钢梁主桁为N形桁架,桁宽15.0m,桁高13.5m,标准节间长14.0m。桥塔墩顶钢梁共7节间,在工厂分为4个节段整体加工成两节间全焊结构,海上运输至墩位处后采用浮吊架设。采用墩旁托架辅助架设钢梁,托架在工厂制造成整体,浮运至墩位,利用大型浮吊整体安装。墩顶钢梁采用大型浮吊分节段吊装至航道桥边跨侧墩旁托架,采用连续千斤顶滑移及三向千斤顶精调就位,实现了在复杂海洋环境下斜拉桥钢梁墩顶段及施工辅助设施模块化、装配化和标准化施工。 The Yuanhong Ship Channel Bridge of Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a two-pylon steel truss-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 532 m.The steel girder on the pylon pier top consists of 7 panels.In the fabrication process,every four segments were integrally fabricated to be two panels of fully-welded structure,which was subsequently transported to the bridge site and monolithically lifted and installed by the large-scale floating crane at the piers.The pier-side brackets to the pylons were also fabricated to be integral components in the factory,and then,floated to the pier sites,and installed as an entirety by the floating crane.The pier-top steel girder was lifted segment by segment to the pier-side brackets in the side span of the ship channel bridge by large-scale floating crane.The steel girder was slid by the continuous jacks and accurately moved into position by three-dimensional jacks.the modularization factory manufacture and field assembly and standardized construction of the pier-top steel girder segments and auxiliary construction facilities of the cable-stayed bridge in the complicated marine environment were realized.
