摘要
本文对淬火+低温回火处理的CDM4012×1588 GCr15型钢滚珠丝杠螺母进行了金相观察和硬度测量。结果表明,同一螺母经热处理后不同部位的组织及硬度呈现出较大差异,这与螺母的原材料质量和淬火工艺有关。因此,应严格控制螺母的原材料质量,并优化该螺母的热处理工艺,以保证其合理的组织与良好的性能。
In this paper,the screw nut of CDM4012 × 1588 type GCr15 steel after quenching and low temperature tempering was dealted with,and metallographic microstructure was observed and hardness was measureed. The results showed that there were larger difference for the microstructure and hardness on different parts of the same nuts after heat treatment. This problem was relevant with the quality of raw material of nut and quenching process. Therefore,the quality of raw material and heat treatment process must be strictly controlled in order to ensure the reasonable microstructure and better property.
