摘要
应用正交试验法,对1Cr17Ni2精炼钢锻件的热处理工艺参数进行了优化试验,对力学性能试验数据进行讨论和分析,并对显微组织、断口形貌进行分析,对铁素体含量进行测定。确定1Cr17Ni2精炼钢的最佳热处理工艺为1020℃正火+920℃淬火+(670℃+630℃)二次回火。
The heat treatment parameters of 1Cr17Ni2 refining steel forging were optimized by orthogonal test. Mechanical property data,metallographic structure,fracture morphology and ferrite content were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the best heat treatment technology of 1Cr17Ni2 refining steel forging was 1020 ℃ normalizing + 920 ℃ quenching +( 670 ℃ + 630 ℃) twice tempering.
