本文介绍了旭化成工业公司近年来新开发的氟橡胶的品级情况,氟橡胶多元醇硫化品级脱模性、耐压缩水久变形性优异,而过氧化物硫化的品级能耐汽车发动机油。同时旭化成工业公司还开发了非粘着化技术,大幅度地降低了氟橡胶表面的粘着性,提高模压成型时制品的成功率。
The article is on the fluororubber 'Miraflor' grade developed newly by the Asahi Chemical Ind. Co.. The polyol vulcanized grade of the fluororubber 'Miroflon' has the excallent mold release and the resistance to compression set. But the peroxide vulcanized grade can resist the cae engineoil. And that the Asahi Chemical Ind. Co. has developed the 'Non-adhesion technology'too. There has been a big reduce in the adhesion of the fluororubber surface, and the rate of finished products has bee improved in the mould pressing.
