摘要
电子式互感器异常将闭锁变压器差动保护,有可能导致变压器保护拒动,为提高变压器保护的可靠性,提出了一种结合采样异常判别与不完全差动的变压器保护技术,理论分析了电子式互感器采集器异常对变压器保护的影响,描述了数字化保护中采用的异常处理策略。利用变压器低压侧采集器状态来识别采样数据可靠性,适时将由高、中压侧组成的不完全差动保护投入,防止在低压侧开关柜故障时由于采集器错误标闭锁导致对低压侧区内故障失去保护。实验表明,适用于电子式互感器异常的变压器不完全差动保护动作快速可靠,是目前数字化变压器保护闭锁问题的有效解决方案。
The electronic transformer abnormality will lock the differential protection of transformer which will cause the refusaloperation of transformer protection. In order to improve the reliability of transformer protection,a transformer protection technology which combines with sampling abnormal judgment and incomplete differential is proposed. The influence of the abnormal collector of electronic transformer to transformer protection is analyzed theoretically,and the abnormal handling strategy adopted by digital protection is described. By using collector state at low voltage side of transformer to identify the reliability of sampling data and putting the incomplete differential protection into operation which is composed of high and medium voltage side in proper time,the losing protection of the protected area fault at the low voltage side which is caused by the locking of the error flag of collector during the cabinet fault at the low voltage side can be prevented. Experimental results show that the action of the incomplete differential protection of transformer suitable for electronic transformer is fast and reliable,which is an effective solution for the locking problem of digital transformer protection at present.
