摘要
介绍了运用静力学平衡原理进行装载机受力分析,求解装载机工作装置掘起力和铰点载荷的计算方法,将理论分析与PTCCreo软件相结合进行虚拟样机仿真分析,快速便捷地求解出特定工况下装载机工作装置的力学性能和各铰点载荷。通过将仿真分析结果和理论计算数据及测试数据进行对比分析,验证方法的有效性。
This paper introduces a calculation method of applying the static analysis theory to calculate mechanical specification and joint load of a loader working mechanism,which could be combined with PTC Creo software to do the virtual prototype simulation to efficiently calculate the mechanical specification and joint load of working mechanism under specific working condition. The effectiveness of the simulation method could be verified through the comparison of the simulation analysis results with the theoretical calculation values and the testing results.
