摘要 在制造业领域,数控车床是不可或缺的核心设备,其安全、稳定运行对企业在市场上保持自身核心竞争力有重要的影响。制定科学、合理的维修策略是保障数控车床正常运行的关键。本文以数控车床为研究对象,在分析故障相关性的基础上,围绕基于可用性评估的数控车床维修方案展开研究,为企业的数控车床维修管理工作提供了有益的参考。 In the field of manufacturing industry,CNC lathe is an indispensable core equipment,and its safe and stable operation has an important impact on enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness in the market.Making scientific and reasonable maintenance strategy is the key to ensure the normal operation of NC lathe.In this paper,CNC lathe is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of fault correlation,the maintenance scheme of CNC lathe based on usability evaluation is studied,which provides a useful reference for the maintenance management of CNC lathe in enterprises.
