摘要 天然深加工食品是一种全新的食品体系,该食品对食品加工的标准和要求很高,它是未来食品行业发展的目标和方向。分析天然深加工食品开发的方向和检测的原理,旨在对天然深加工食品的研究工作有所借鉴。
