摘要
当前研究生思政工作依然存在明显不足,极大制约着研究生思政工作的实效性。立足新时代研究生的具体实际,构建研究生'四育人'的思政工作模式,以'学习育人''榜样育人''师德育人''传播育人'为突破,努力提升研究生思政工作的实效性。
There are still obvious shortcomings in the current ideological and political work of graduate students,which greatly restricts the effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political work.Based on the specific reality of graduate students in the new era,we will build a model of postgraduate work of 'four educators ',and strive to make breakthroughs in 'learning and educating people ','cultivating people by example','cultivating people with morality',and 'communicating and educating people'. Improve the effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political work.
