摘要
比较两种现有混凝土低温力学性能试验方法,研究了低温对相同含水率的混凝土力学性能影响。结果表明:将已达目标温度的试件置于室温进行力学性能测试,会导致试件温度分布不均,很难准确反映目标温度所对应的混凝土低温力学特性,而在低温环境中进行低温力学性能测试更为合理。混凝土低温抗压强度增量会随温度降低而增长;劈裂强度增量则在-40^-80℃范围内出现极大值。在含水率相同情况下,胶凝材料比例差异对混凝土低温劈裂强度影响远大于抗压强度。
Two existing testing methods for mechanical properties of concrete at low temperature were compared.The effect of low temperature on the mechanical properties of concrete with the same moisture content was investigated by one of the testing methods available.The results show that the specimens obtained at the target temperature,which is measured in room temperature,can cause an uneven temperature distribution of the specimens during the experiment,and is difficult to accurately give the mechanical properties obtained at the target temperatures.It is appropriate to conduct the mechanical properties of the specimens at the target temperature.The compressive strength of concrete increases with decreasing the temperature.The tensile splitting strength of concrete appears a maximum value at-40℃to-80℃.The binder materials proportion in concrete has agreater effect on the tensile splitting strength rather than the compressive strength at low temperature.
