摘要 为提高PLC实验教学的效果和学生的兴趣,提出基于MCGS和PLC的仿真实验教学设计方案,以友好界面展示被控对象的动作过程和PLC的动态控制过程。以电灯顺序点亮逆序熄灭系统为例,详述了系统硬件和软件设计方案,解决了PLC实验教学中设备单一、可视性差、枯燥乏味的问题。 In order to improve the effect of PLC practice teaching and students’ interest,a simulation practice teaching design based on MCGS and PLC is put forward in this paper.It shows the movement process of controlled object and the dynamic control process of PLC with friendly interface.Take electric lights light in order and extinguish with inverted sequence as example and the hardware and software designing scheme of the system is described in detail.The problem of the PLC practice teaching with single equipment,poor visibility and vapidity is solved.
