摘要
简述连铸钢白亮带的形成机理及其影响因素,并进行白亮带钢材机能试验。结果表明,连铸钢白亮带对机能有影响,但控制在一定级别内则不影响钢材使用性能。
This paper introduces the formative mechanism and affecting factors of negative segregation on continuonsly cast steel. The properties test on the sleel have been also carried out. It shows that negative segregation has some effects on the mechanical properties. However, the negative segregation is controlled within a certain degree, it will not affect the performance of the steel.
