摘要
H2 O在有机涂层中的传输是一个复杂的物理、化学过程 .在实际情况下 ,涂层中的组元 (成膜物质、固化剂等 )与吸收水间会发生相互作用 ,导致涂层结构发生变化 ;同时使这部分水的存在形式也发生变化 ,最终导致水在其中的传输特性发生改变 ,H2 O的传输不再是理想的Fick扩散过程 .介绍在实际吸水过程中 ,涂层中水传输的特性及其影响因素 .
In the present article water transport behaviors in actual trend were reviewed.Water transport in organic coatings was a complicated physico-chemical process.In an actual case,different components in coatings (polymer and binder,etc.) interacted with absorbed water,leading to the change of film structure.At the same time,the states of sorbed water molecule would also alter,that is,single water molecules,aggregated water molecules and the localized interactions of water molecules and polymer groups,which resulted in the change of water transport behaviors through coatings.The typical sorptions were consisted of Fickian sorption,two-stage sorption,sigmoidal sorption and case Ⅱ sorption.The diffusion Deborah number,(DEB)D,was introduced to characterize the Fickian and non-Fickian diffusion.The effect of other components,especially of the pigments on the water permeability in organic coatings has been also discussed in the present work.
