摘要
通过在配煤中分别加入不同量的 Fe2 O3 、Ca O、Mg O、K2 O、Na2 O、Si O2 、Al2 O3 、P2 O5、Ti O2 改变灰成分的炼焦试验 ,和大量的模拟生产配煤的炼焦试验。获得 169组试验数据 ,采用回归分析的方法获得了宝钢煤源条件下 ,焦炭灰成分中十大主要成分对焦炭热性能影响的次序。确立了适合宝钢煤源条件的灰催化指数 ACI计算方法。
By experiments adding different amounts Fe 2O 3,CaO,MgO,K 2O,Na 2O,SiO 2,Al 2O 3,P 2O 5,TiO 2 into blend coals and a lot of simulation tests with commercial blend coals in pilot coking oven, 169 groups of data were obtained. The order of ten ash main components in terms of effect on CRI and CSR was clarified by regression analysis. Then the calculation method for ACI(ash catalysis index) and mathematic model predicting CRI and CSR were established.
