摘要
采样分析了高效栽培雷竹林土壤不同形态碳含量。结果表明 :竹林土壤有机碳总量 (CT)接近天然马尾松林 ,明显高于相邻板栗林地。雷竹土壤微生物生物量碳 (CMB)出现了明显下降的趋势 ,分别比马尾松和板栗林降低了 2 3.12 %和 12 .6 3% ,连年施用化肥竹林CMB 和CMB CT 下降辐度更大 ,近 3a单用化肥竹园土壤CMB 和CMB CT 比有机无机肥混施竹园降低了 6 1 5 4 %和 5 8.82 % ,但随着覆盖年份增加 ,土壤CMB 和CMB CT有上升的趋势。雷竹园土壤活性碳含量 (CA)以及CA CT 保持与天然马尾松林相同水平 ,近 3a有机无机肥混施地块土壤CA 和CA CT 是单施化肥地块的 1 39和 1 2 3倍 ,随着覆盖年份增加土壤CA 也明显增加 ,但稳定态碳 (CUA)没有明显的变化规律。雷竹园冬季覆盖物补充了土壤水溶性有机碳 (CWS)的库源 ,使土壤CWS上升 ,覆盖年份从 1a到 5a ,土壤CWS增加了 1倍 ,土壤CWS CT 也增加了 0 .75倍。雷竹土壤CT 与CA 、CWS之间 ,CA 与CWS之间以及CT 、CA 、CWS与土壤全氮、水解氮、有效磷、速效钾之间相关性均达极显著水平 (P <0 .0 1) ;而土壤CMB 与CT、CA、CWS、全氮、水解氮、有效磷。
Different fractions of soil C were detected in Phyllostachys praecox stands. It was found that the total soil organic C ( C T) was almost the same as that of Pinus massoniana natural stands, but higher than that of Castnea mollissima stands which is adjacent to Phyllostachys praecox stands. Soil microbial biomass C ( C MB ) decreased by 23.12% (compared to Pinus massoniana ) and 12.63% (compared to Castnea mollissima ). C MB and C MB / C T declined more apparently in continuous chemical fertilizer application stands. C MB and C MB / C T decreased by 61.54% and 58.82% respectively in 3\|year chemical fertilizer application stand compared to the stands with mixed application of chemical and organic fertilizer. Continuous mulching with organic material in winter, however, was detected an increase in C MB and C MB / C T. Soil active C ( C A) measured by 333?mmol·L -1 KMnO 4 and C A / C T sustained the same level with Pinus massoniana. C A and C A / C T were respective 1.39 and 1.23 times over in 3 year combining application of chemical and organic fertilizer relative to monotonous chemical fertilizer application and C A was increasing with the mulching years. Mulching material in winter was also observed to result a growing in water soluble C ( C WS ), one times of increase in C WS was measured from 1 year to 5 year mulching stands and corresponding C WS / C T increased 0.75 folds, but unactive C ( C UA ) was observed no increase. Significant relationships ( P <0.01) were detected between C T and C A, C WS , between C A and C WS , between C T, C A, C WS and total N (N T), hydrolyzable N(N H), available P(P A), available K(K A). There was no good relationship between C MB and C T, C A , C WS ,N T, N H, P A, K A.
