摘要
通过回顾近年来中西医治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的文献,认为目前西医对AS尚无理想的药物,中医药治疗AS的研究也存在很大误区。提出从多种治疗方法的比较研究、认识高血脂与AS的关系及借鉴现代科技的实验研究三个方面入手,深化研究思路,探讨AS的基本病理、防治重点,建立客观的中医药治疗AS的评价手段。
By reviewing the literature on arteriosclerosis (AS) treated by integrated therapy of Chinese medicine and western medicine in the recent years, the author believes that there is no ideal western medication for AS at present and also major error exists in the study of Chinese medical therapy for AS, pointing out that it is necessary to deepen the research thoughts, explore basic pathology and key preventive measure of AS and set up an objective assessment in Chinese medical treatment of AS, from three aspects of comparative study of multiple therapies, understanding of the relationship between high blood fat and AS and utilization of experimental studies of the modern science and technology.
