摘要 研究了磁化处理对溶液在聚丙烯填料表面润湿性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,经磁化处理后 ,溶液在聚丙烯填料表面的接触角随着磁感应强度的增强而下降 ,即磁化处理能够改变溶液在聚丙烯填料表面的润湿性能。定量计算表明 ,磁化处理后 ,醇类水溶液在聚丙烯填料表面的润湿性能可提高 2 0 %以上。通过对实验数据的回归 ,得出了接触角θ的关联式 。 The influence of magnetizing treatment of solution on its wettability on the surface of polypropylene packing was investigated. The results showed that contact angle of solution which had been magnetically treated on the surface of polypropylene packing decreased with an increase of magnetic intensity, that was to say, magnetizing treatment could improve the wettability of solution on the surface of polypropylene packing. The quantitative account showed that wettability of alcohol-water solution on the surface of polypropylene packing increased more than 20% after magnetizing treatment. Through regression of experimental data, the correlative expression of the contact angle θ was obtained. The results are of value to engineering application of polypropylene packing.
