摘要 设计出具有低温高效性能分子形状为梳状结构的破乳剂。通过酯化预聚合-聚合-酯化后聚合将聚醚与聚丙烯酸酯得到目的产物。实验考察了有关的影响因素,得到最佳的合成工艺:聚醚与丙烯酸的质量比为5∶1,加入催化剂的质量分数为0.5%~0.7%,加入引发剂的质量分数为0.2%左右,聚合温度在80~90℃,聚合反应时间在6~9 h。 Comb demusifiers with good low temperature and high effective performances were designed. Objective products were synthesized by ester pre - polymerization reaction, polymerization, and ester post - polymerization reaction. The related effect factors were investigated. The optimum synthesis technique was given as follows. The mass ratio of polyehter to acrylic acid was 5:1, quantities of catalyzer and initiator were 0.5-0.7% and 0.2, respectively, polymerization temperature was 80 - 90℃, and reaction time between 6 to 9 hours.
