摘要
叙述核子秤的检测原理,提出以80C196KC为核心的皮带核子秤的实现,介绍如何利用γ射线实现非接触在线测量皮带上固体物料的流量或质量的方法,并给出软、硬件中难点的解决方案。
In this paper,the measuring principle of nuclear scale is specified.Implementation of nuclear scale is proposed,whose core is mainly composed of 80C196KC.The method based on measurement of the belt nuclear scale is detailed,with which how to use γ radial online and untouch to measure the flux or quality of the solid material.The project which solves the difficulties of software and hardware in design are also introduced.
