摘要
基于“制度-资源-认知”框架,以2016—2022年沪深两市建筑业上市公司为样本,应用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA),探究数字政策、竞争压力、社区规范、数字化资源投入、组织适应性和管理者数字化注意力6个驱动因素与企业数字化战略转型的组态关系。结果表明:①建筑企业高数字化战略转型是内外部要素协同作用的结果,任何单一条件均不是实现高数字化战略转型的必要条件。②存在顺势先动型、高效适应型和资源整合型3条高数字化战略转型路径,同时根据资源基础的差异,可将顺势先动型进一步细分为资源导向和能力导向。③管理者的数字化注意力是推动建筑企业高数字化战略转型的关键性要素,具有普适作用。
Based on“institution-resource-cognition”framework,taking the listed construction companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2016 to 2022 as sample cases,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)is used to explore the configuration relationship between the six driving factors of digital policy,competitive pressure,community norms,digital resource investment,organizational adaptability and digital attention of managers and the transformation of enterprise digital strategy.The results show that:①The high digital strategic transformation of construction enterprises is the result of the synergy of internal and external factors,and any single condition is not the necessary condition to realize the high digital strategic transformation.②There are three kinds of high digital strategic transformation paths:the trend-seeking forerunner type,the efficient adaptive type and the resource integration type.At the same time,according to the difference of resource base,the trendseeking forerunner type can be further divided into the resource-oriented and ability-oriented.③The digital attention of managers is the key factor to promote the high digital strategic transformation of construction enterprises,which has a universal role.
