多作用内曲线马达柱塞滚子摩擦副弹流润滑特性分析

摘要 柱塞滚子摩擦副润滑性能是影响低速大扭矩液压马达寿命及可靠性的关键因素。在充分考虑油液的弱可压缩性和黏压特性的基础上,建立柱塞滚子的非稳态弹流润滑系统数值计算模型,在内曲线马达额定转速和最大工作压力条件下,研究马达柱塞滚子摩擦副在一个作用幅角内油膜压力分布、固体域变形、油液泄漏量、最小油膜厚度以及油膜润滑形式。结果表明:油膜高压区主要分布在进油阶段靠近通油孔和回油阶段远离通油孔的滚子孔承载面区域,以及回油阶段靠近通油孔的滚子孔侧壁面区域;油膜负压区主要分布在滚子孔靠近缺口的两侧壁面区域,以及进油阶段远离通油孔和回油阶段靠近通油孔的承载面区域;固体域主要发生滚子孔承载面下凹变形和两侧壁面扩大变形;油液泄漏量在进油阶段变化稳定,回油阶段变化剧烈;随着马达的旋转,最小油膜厚度先减小后增大,油膜处于全膜润滑状态。 The lubrication performance of the piston roller friction pair is a key factor affecting the life and reliability of low-speed high-torque hydraulic motors.A numerical calculation model of the unsteady elastic flow lubrication system of the piston roller was established on the basis of the full consideration of the weak compressibility and the viscous pressure characteristics of the oil.The oil film pressure distribution,solid domain deformation,oil leakage,minimum oil film thickness and oil film lubrication form of the motor piston roller friction pair were researched in a role of the amplitude angle.The results show that the oil film high pressure area is mainly distributed in the oil inlet stage near the through-hole and the oil return stage away from the through-hole roller hole bearing surface area,as well as the oil return stage near the through-hole roller hole side wall area;the oil film negative pressure area is mainly distributed in the roller hole near the notch on both sides of the wall area,as well as in the oil inlet stage away from the through-hole and the oil return stage close to the through-hole bearing surface area.The solid domain mainly occurs in the bearing surface of the roller hole concave deformation and the two sides of the wall expansion deformation;oil leakage changes steadily in the oil inlet stage,and changes drastically in the oil return stage;with the rotation of the motor,the minimum thickness of the film decreases and then increases,and the film is in the full-film lubrication state.
