摘要
为了获取装备内部局部环境的腐蚀差别,在热带岛礁大气环境下,使用户外试验装置模拟密封、自然通风和强制通风等环境类型,对4种基础金属材料在不同环境类型下的腐蚀情况进行了研究。通过外观和失重评价了其在岛礁户外和户外装备内部局部环境下的腐蚀情况,并进行了对比分析。结果表明,在热带海洋大气环境中,内部自然通风环境较恶劣,但如果将其改为强制通风,则可明显地降低腐蚀危害。试验装置可很好地模拟实际岛礁电子装备主要的内部环境类型,并呈现较真实的腐蚀情况。
In order to obtain the corrosion difference of the local environment inside the equip⁃ment,the corrosion conditions of 4 base metal materials under different environmental types are studied by using outdoor test equipment to simulate the environmental types such as seal,natural ventilation and forced ventilation in the atmospheric environment of tropical islands.Their corrosion situation in the outdoor environment of islands and reefs and the local environment inside outdoor equipment is evaluated through appearance and weight loss,and a comparative analysis is conducted.The results indicate that in tropical marine atmospheric environments,the internal natural ventilation environment is relatively harsh,but if it is changed to forced ventilation,the corrosion hazard can be significantly reduced.The test device can well simulate the main internal environment types of the electronic equipment in the actual island,and present the real corrosion conditions.
