摘要
液压启闭机是船闸的关键设备,目前主要采用阀控方式,存在可靠性差、控制困难、效率低等突出问题。为满足京杭大运河船闸智慧化运行的要求,提出船闸启闭机变速泵控原理,采用伺服电机-定量泵-换向阀-驱动油缸的新构型,通过改变伺服电机转速来调节系统流量,以控制闸门和阀门的启闭。设计变速泵控型启闭机的电液控制系统,阐明其工作原理和控制策略,开发新型启闭机,并应用于邵伯、淮安等运河船闸。工业性试验结果表明:所提变速泵控型启闭机具有可靠性高、易于控制、节能静音、过载能力强等突出优势,显著提升了大运河的通航能力,为智慧运河的运行奠定了基础。
The hydraulic hoist is the key equipment of locks,which is mainly valve-controlled at present,and there are outstanding problems such as poor reliability,difficult control and low efficiency.In order to meet the requirements of intelligent locks of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,a principle of variable-speed pump control of the lock hoist was proposed,in which the new configuration of servomotor-quantitative pump-directional valve-driven cylinder was adopted,and the system flow was regulated by changing servomotor speed to control the lock opening and closing.The electro-hydraulic control system of the proposed hoist was designed,its working principle and control strategy were clarified,and new type of hoists was developed and applied to canal locks such as Shaobo and Huai′an.Industrial tests show that the proposed hoist has outstanding advantages such as high reliability,easy control,energy-saving and quietness,strong overload capacity,etc.,by which the navigability of the Grand Canal is significantly improved.It lays a foundation for the operation of the smart canal.
