综合维修信息的重型数控机床FMECA分析

摘要 重型数控机床具有故障发生随机且故障数据少的特点,对其故障进行溯源分析一直是研究难点。传统的FMECA分析主要考虑系统运行中的故障对于整体的影响程度,并没有考虑产品的复杂维护。针对此,将机床的维修成本和维修时间作为重要信息指标,并融合到FMECA分析中,综合故障频率、检测难度、风险优先数、故障影响等指标信息进行分析,基于CBWM法对各指标信息进行权重分配,并采用TOPSIS法对机床综合信息的FMECA分析结果进行排序,最终得到综合多指标信息的FMECA分析结果,确定薄弱程度最高的机床子系统为液压系统,其故障发生频率最高,故障影响性最强。所提分析方法和结果更加符合实际工况,有利于制定机床的维修策略,为提升机床整体的可靠性奠定基础。 Heavy-duty CNC machine tools have the characteristics of random failure occurrence and little failure data,and the traceability analysis of their failures has always been a difficult research point.The traditional FMECA analysis mainly considers the influence degree of failures in system operation on the whole,and does not consider the complex maintenance of the product.In view of this,the maintenance cost and maintenance time of the machine tool were integrated into the FMECA analysis as the important information indicators,and the comprehensive failure frequency,detection difficulty,risk priority,failure impact and other indicator information were analyzed,the weights of each indicator information were assigned based on the CBWM method,and the FMECA analysis results of the machine tool's comprehensive information were sorted using the TOPSIS method,and the FMECA analysis results of the comprehensive multi-indicator information were finally obtained.The machine tool subsystem with the highest degree of weakness is the hydraulic system,which has the highest frequency of failure and the strongest impact of failure.The proposed analysis method and results are more in line with the actual working conditions,which is conducive to the formulation of machine tool maintenance strategies and lays foundation for improving the overall reliability of the machine tool.
